Returns and Refund Information

General Information

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Once we receive the returned items in good condition, your refund will be processed within 14 days.
  • Return shipping costs are typically the responsibility of the customer, unless the
  • item is damaged or there was an error in delivery.
  • No restocking fees apply.
  • Please note that we do not offer direct exchanges.
  • Shipping costs for returns can vary depending on your location, transportation and weight of the package. They range from £10 to £20.

Right of Withdrawal 

Under European consumer law, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without providing a reason. At Kingsvale Clothing, we offer extra flexibility by extending this period to 30 days.

This means you may return items and request a refund up to 30 days after delivery. Unfortunately, after this period, we can no longer accept return requests.

Please ensure that returned products are in their original, unused condition. This means: unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in their original packaging.

Return Shipping Costs

If you return an item because you've changed your mind or are not satisfied, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs for returns can vary depending on your location, transportation and weight of the package. They range from £10 to £20.

If the item is damaged or incorrect, we will cover the return costs or send a replacement free of charge.
We recommend always choosing a shipping method with tracking, so you can follow the return process and have proof of shipment.

How to Return an Item

Send an email to info@kingsvaleclothing.com to register your return. We’ll create a return file, assign you a return number, and provide the return address.

Make sure to ship the package with a service that provides tracking to ensure safe delivery.

How Refunds Work

Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we’ll notify you by email. From that point, we have up to 14 days to process your refund. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original order.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order via our website. You will receive a full refund for the returned item.

Cancelling an Order

Want to cancel your order? Please contact us as soon as possible at info@kingsvaleclothing.com.
If your order hasn't been processed yet, we can cancel it for you. If it has already entered processing, it will be shipped as usual, and you can return it via the standard return process after delivery.

Issues with Your Order?

If something went wrong—such as receiving a damaged product, the wrong item, or something missing—we will of course cover the return costs.

Here’s what to do:

  1. Take clear photos of the issue (e.g., damage, incorrect size/color, or missing item).
  2. Write a brief description of what went wrong.
  3. Email the photos and your order number to  info@kingsvaleclothing.com.

We’ll contact you as soon as possible. If the issue is valid, we’ll send a replacement or refund the full purchase amount.
